Working with Australian employers
Pathly works closely with employers to identify their requirements and assists them in registering newly-sourced workers through the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme.
Sourcing job-ready workers
Pathly identifies and registers skilled workers with Labour Sending Units (LSU) in pacific countries identified in the PALM scheme, and includes skill assessment through an Australian registered training organisation facilitating an interview and letter of offer from approved employers.
